Rabbi's Tish (During School Season)
Wednesday Each Week / 6:00pm
A tish (from the Yiddush word table)
is a gathering of people around their rabbi, with the purpose of educating and reaching moments of great holiness. Around the table the rabbi may tell stories, lead a discussion on current events, and/or teach passages from the Torah, Midrash, and Kabbalah.
Learning is a joy that can last our whole lives. Religious School is not just for our children. Please consider joining Rabbi's Tish on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm. Attendance is welcome even if it's sporadic, and no prior knowledge of Judaism is required. The only pre-requisite is an open mind!
