Youth Groups

MiTY (9th - 12th Grade) 

MiTY (Micah Temple Youth) members enjoy a host of social and spiritual activities each year, including attending national and regional NFTY (National Federation of Temple Youth) kallot. Locally, the youth develop social action projects, host lock-ins, and hold fund-raisers to support their travel and tzedakah efforts. Members are encouraged to participate in services that reveal their insights and visions as engaged young Jews, as well as help run programs for our youngest members, Micah Minis. Middle MiTY (6th - 8th Grade)

Middle MiTY is Micah’s middle school youth group for grades 6 – 8.  Kids and parent sponsors get together throughout the year to worship, celebrate holidays, bowl, swim, skate, and sell their famous “Mensch Munch” for Chanukah.  Any interested students and/or parents should contact Education Director Julie Greenberg (jgreenberg@congregationmicah.org) for membership information and activity updates.
